Ben Jones

Ben Jones brings more than 24 years’ diverse experience across law, business, and education to his role as Paralegal Fee Earner at Regulation Resolution. Ben holds an LLB (Hons) from the Open University and is valued for his pragmatic, well-organised approach and his empathy with clients navigating complex legal matters.

His early career included pivotal roles at Sainsbury’s PLC, where he led learning and staff development initiatives across the Southwest, and at global engineering firm Atkins-Realis as Project Controller, overseeing project finances and mentoring new graduates in financial project management.

In 2023, Ben expanded his impact by teaching English online and as a founding teacher at an international school, where he is committed to building students’ confidence and skills.

At Regulation Resolution, Ben is central to day-to-day operations, handling client onboarding, preparing case materials, managing documents and deadlines, and supporting the legal team’s paralegal requirements.
