HCPC Psychologist: No Case to Answer

Our team successfully secured a “no case to answer” outcome for a practitioner psychologist facing HCPC fitness to practise proceedings. The investigation stemmed from concerns involving communication with a service user’s family, aspects of care continuity, and alleged omissions in health declarations during registration renewal.

We began by conducting a meticulous review of all regulatory documents and evidence. As a result, our client was able to resume their professional practice immediately and continue their career, with their reputation and registration fully preserved.
